Booking Terms And Conditions

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposits & Cancellations

Events require a 50% deposit to secure a date. This applies to Bachelorette, Corporate and other group yoga events. Your deposit is non-refundable unless there are extreme weather conditions* (see paragraph below). The full balance is required 7 days before the event. If less than 2 weeks out, payment in full is needed to book.

Change in Group Count and Rate for group classes

We allow for you to adjust the number of people in your class up to 7 days before the event date. After this date you may add more people to your class at the per person rate, however, we cannot reduce the price if your group size decreases.

Refunds for Special Circumstances

While deposits are generally non-refundable, partial to full refunds will be made for special circumstances. This includes extreme weather conditions (e.g. rain, and the event cannot be moved indoors) or if your instructor cannot be replaced should they fall ill or have personal emergencies.

We will offer medical emergency partial refunds when applicable. The partial refund is estimated on the following factors:

  • Amount of time we are notified before a cancellation.

  • If the instructor has already driven out to your location.

  • If the instructor has already set out equipment.

  • Amount of time that the instructor spends at your location.
