With a background as an Emergency Room Nurse, Cerise underwent a profound transformation, leading her to embrace a new role as a Spiritual Coach and Certified Reiki Master Teacher. Evelyn has enjoyed and practiced yoga for the past 32 years. In 2010 she started her journey of deepening her studies of yoga and alternative healing methods. She had the pleasure of becoming the Director of Yoga Education at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and assisted in the yoga teacher training in 2013. She has over 1000 hours of training in varied yoga techniques, including Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, Hatha Gong, Sound Healing and Advance Yoga Nidra. She completed her certification of Advance Yoga Nidra at the Armit Yoga Institute in Salt Springs, Florida under the instruction of Kamini Desai PhD and Gurudev Shri Amritjii. Certified in Master Reiki and continued her studies in Astrology with Debra Silverman and Donna Woodwell.

Astrology & Tarot Card Intuitive readings:

Adding angel cards and astrology to her studies has help her in so many ways. Giving her permission to accept who she is and how others are. Bringing balance to her life and giving her patience. Her hope is to share a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals to explore the benefits of mind, body and spirit. Today she uses the planets and zodiac signs to help her in her day-to-day life.

Gullveig has practiced Holistic Healing Arts for the past 20 years and has been a teacher for 11 years. She has coached hundreds of individuals to live in alignment with their purpose and truth. Her approach is both intuitive and backed by research and extensive study and practice.

She often combines trauma-aware energy healing and coaching to meet the needs of the mind, body, and spirit. The tools that she most often uses are yoga, guided meditation/journeying, as well as the use of tarot as a coaching tool to “read” the energy pattern around a life situation or circumstance. 

Gullveig considers herself a wounded healer, meaning that what she shares has been refined through personal experience; the tools she uses are the tools that have worked for her.

In this lifetime Julie has worked with Tarot for over a decade. In 2020 she completed
a formal course of Tarot study and obtained a certification as a Tarot reader. Julie is also an astrologer and often combines these two tools.In addition to reading Tarot Julie is a yoga instructor. She began studying yoga in 2002. Her teaching style is playful and inclusive. Julie has experience teaching aerial, prenatal, chair, yin, nidra, restorative and flow classes. She has completed 700 hours of yoga teacher training and will complete a yoga therapy program in 2023.

Julie is passionate about making yoga accessible to persons of all ages and abilities.

Keely is a ceremonialist, hypnotherapist, yoga teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, sound healer, author and teacher of ethical wellness teachers. Her work focuses on a holistic and realistic approach of demystifying psychic development and decolonizing wellness.

Keely teaches responsible, community-driven spirituality and mindfulness to developing conscious seekers, teachers, and leaders. By combining deep connection with spirit, study, responsibility and individuation, she aims to co-create powerful, dedicated, and grounded teachers rippling to all corners of the planet.

Keely facilitates session and events in the Sedona and Prescott areas.

Leah Lackland graduated from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2012 with a degree in Mind and Body Transformational Psychology, receiving certificates in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, Transformational Life Coaching and Holistic Nutrition.

In 2016 she studied Yoga Teacher Training under the 800 hour program offered at Spirit of Yoga becoming certified in Yin, Restorative, Yoga for Post-Traumatic Stress, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression.

It is Leah’s belief that we are all living life in vessels that were perfectly made and seeing life through eyes whose perspectives are unique. Her melodic practices are created to evoke body appreciation and embody euphoria.

Marguerite is from the Midwest where she studied Biology, Psychology and Art. Upon moving to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan for 10 years she built out and Co-Owned a Small and Large Animal Veterinary Practice following in the footsteps of her Veterinarian Father.

After moving to Arizona she found her love of Dance and preformed for over 15 years with two Professional Dance Troupes, as well as Volunteering with ASU's Desert Dance Theater. This helped increase her awareness of Mind Body Wellness. Additionally Marguerite has worked in both Education and Outreach for over 20 years.

2011 found Marguerite graduating from the South West Institute of Healing Arts furthering her Mind, Body and Spiritual Wellness Journey. She studied and participated in all the Energy Classes that SWIHA offered! She holds a Degree in Transformational Psychology, a Mind Body Wellness Diploma, Certifications in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, Usuri Reiki, Johrei and Lahochi.

She has attended many Seminars, Workshops and Spiritual Events to learn more about Spirituality and Intuition. “I am a member of IANDS, the International Association of Near Death Studies, and have been a Volunteer and a Presenter. As a lightening strike survivor, I am very interested in the After Life but I am also interested in how we can become the best version of Love, Light and Health right here right now!”

Onika is a trauma-informed life coach and frequency healer. She is passionate about helping others transform their lives using holistic healing modalities. Having suffered from a lifetime battle of chronic stress and anxiety she was relieved to find the healing art of yoga. And after years of practice and collaboration there was no doubt in her mind that yoga was a powerful tool for releasing stagnant energy that had been stored in the body for years. 

Inspired by the change she saw in her and her clients’ lives she decided to take her healing techniques to another level. In 2020 Onika began incorporating crystal sound bowls and tarot/oracle readings in her classes. The healing frequencies from the sound bowls help the body, mind, and soul flow into a harmonious state which not only reduces stress but strengthens the immune system! And the addition of the tarot/oracle readings provided much needed and divinely timed clarity and wisdom.
